How to Transfer Contact from iPod Touch to Computer?
IPod touch backup software has made the task of contact transfer from iPod touch to computer very simple and less time consuming. If you want to Backup Contacts or SMS only? Try these
In first case you have to click on the copy button to copy iPod touch contacts to computer and choose for the options such as
File type- to be copied as txt, antc or csv
Choose the location for storing the copied contacts
Advanced options- provides option for protecting the contacts with password, if antc format is selected
Click OK to begin the copying process.

For second case, ‘copy contact from who’ button allows selection of single contact for copy and similarly other options can be selected

At last click on OK button to start and finish copy
