How to Transfer Photo from iPod Touch to Computer?

The steps described here are for transfer of photos from iPod touch to computer
Indeed first would be the software installation after you download it
Followed by establishing connection between them i.e. iPod and computer using the USB cable
Run the application, it appears as shown above
With all photos present in the iPod touch showed in thumbnail and the view can be modified as large or small
Then you have to select the photos for transfer, and the photos selected will be bordered red automatically.
Select them one by one, you can select group by dragging or simply select all. Absolutely there is no fixed number that you can transfer except if you are using the trial version for which it is only 6 photos.
Now click on ‘export’ and select the output path to start photo transfer to computer from iPod touch

Backup resolution – for selecting size of photos to be copied
Backup file format – selection of file format for copied photos, BMP and JPG are supported
Backup path- specifying the backup location for the transferred photos. During the transfer you can select location every time by checking ‘ask every time’ button or the same location by selecting “save here” for saving them all at a place.
Backup full resolution – here you can choose “include full resolution photos” to have the same resolution of copied photos and it can be done when you are using iTunes to sync iPod.
